We cannot prevent breast cancer specifically, but we can do our best to stay as healthy as possible, for ourselves and the ones we love. Studies show that higher levels of activity are linked to lower risk of several diseases, including some forms of cancer. That means that exercising regularly in some cases can prevent the development of diseases such as breast cancer. Source: The National Cancer Institute
