@camillamalmberg and @saselines have made this amazing workout in two parts: upper body with power bands and lower body with power bands.
Training with elastic bands is an easy and efficient way of adding weight to your exercises and is particularly suitable for strength training with many repetitions.
Part one of this workout: Upper body with power bands primarily targets the upper body, which includes the upper back, core, chest, shoulders, biceps, and triceps. Moreover, a lot of these exercises are great, to strengthen the stabilizing muscles of the shoulders, which will help you prevent injuries.
We recommend you use a light or medium elastic band for this workout.
