Wrapping up another good week. Lots accomplished & training on track πŸ‘ŒπŸΌ squats are now sitting on 102.5kg for 2 reps. Deads on 115kg. Another weekly 10km run done & dusted. Feeling healthy, fit & stronger & looking forward to another new week tomorrow β˜ΊοΈπŸ™†πŸ»β€β™€οΈ

It’s always nice to have a meat free meal which is still packed full of protein. Edamame pasta is amazing! Over 20g of protein in a single serve πŸ‘ŒπŸΌ
Tonight’s dinner: market fresh organic mushrooms, fresh tomatoes, garlic, onion, shallots, chili’s, basil, coriander, baby spinach, kalamata olives & pine nuts. All stir fried in organic coconut oil topped with feta cheese. For a vegan alternative minus the feta cheese 🌱

Can’t do a market trip without getting some fresh baked goodies πŸ€—πŸ© doughnuts are my weaknessssss! Don’t be fooled though kiddos, just because they are gluten free it doesn’t mean that GF is the healthier alternative. I chose these as they were literally being freshly made from scratch as I ordered & were that fresh they melted in my mouth 🀀
