The past month has been a pretty crazy... with so many difficult emotional decisions and changes happening.
Right now, I’m just doing what I can to get through it the best way I can. .

Lately I haven’t been able to avoid posts and even private messages about “healthy eating”, people preaching or questioning what to and not to eat... Firstly, I’m not a dietitian nor do I know copious amounts on the topic, but I can say this... Life is about balance. Food is about balance. Eat what nurtures your body but also your mind. Every now and then it’s more than okay to eat what YOU want. Everyone is different and everyone’s bodies need different things. Let’s stop judging ourselves and just enjoy the holiday treats 👅 sending lots of love to everyone 😘😘
