Now for the recipe - 1 box whole wheat penne, 1 can coconut milk, 1 can cooked pumpkin, 1 can chickpeas (drained and rinsed), fresh basil, 3 garlic cloves minced, salt + pepper to taste. Combine all sauce ingredients in a pot over medium heat until hot and bubbly, cook pasta to al dente and toss🍴
