200km in June is the challenge so going to be tough on the day but I'm up for it👍
As a bodybuilder ,my body has no justifiable reason to cylcle for nearly 3hrs straight which will eventually become 7hrs on the challenge day ahead
Luckily my spirit works independently of logic and that of " social norm "
As an athelete I have become addicted to the feeling of an intense weight session and now long cycles.
