Has it ever occurred to you when something you strongly believe turns out to be the very thing that's holding you back from getting to where you want to go??? Well my belief about Intermittent fasting which I've been on for over a year. A belief so strong that I'd even get afraid of breakfast or eating right after waking up. The past five days of eating breakfast has made me feel a lot better and my strength improved. But I'm not to bash the intermittent fasting here. In fact I'll still use it as a tool from time to time. I Just wanted to bring forth the awareness and see if anyone else out there relates to this. So have you foolishly had to be consistent with something that never worked out for you!?!? Comments, your own story I'd love to hear. Thanks.
