Easy peasy recipe:

200g coconut butter (at room temp)
1/4 cup coconut oil (at room temp)
Lemon zest from 1-2 lemons
2-4 tbsp granulated sweetener to taste

Mix all ingredients together, makes 16 portions. I put a little sprinkle of shredded unsweetened coconut on top . Put in fridge or freezer. Enjoy. 
Fat: 11.9g Net Carbs: 0.8g Protein: 0.8g

#Lowcarb #Blackbean pasta with a creamy #ketofriendly #cheese sause and crispy bacon bits. With a chicken feta and spinach sausage. πŸ‘Œ Perfection. I'd eat a pound of that pasta. But I won't. Have to draw the line somewhere. 
So glad I found a low carb pasta that is actually really good.

2 tbsp cacao powder
1-2 tbsp natural sweetener like stevia
Bit of vanilla (optional)

Heat peanut butter and coconut oil in saucepan, when liquid, add cacao powder and sweetener and vanilla if desired. Pour into moulds and put in fridge or freezer to set. πŸ‘Œ Enjoy

I've changed up my bulletproof coffee recipe a bit, because Dustin didn't like the butter in it. 
So now I'm using coconut milk in place of the butter... The high fat kind (c'mon, obviously πŸ™„), which has the same fat content as the butter. I still use the coconut oil and a splash of vanilla. And either whipping cream or half n half, depending what is easier to grab. 
I like this version better also, but anything coconut is πŸ‘Œ as far as I'm concerned.

Just started using this new app to track my food/macros and I'm loving it already. It turns food red when it won't fit into my #macrosbudget for the day. #macros tracking is new for me, but this is making it easy.

This is what I put in. I know some people use more butter or oil or whatever, but I felt for my first time that these amounts made me feel comfortable haha 
1 tbsp butter πŸ„
1 tbsp coconut oil 🌴
1 tbsp half&half cream πŸ„ (could use heavy, but I had half&half on hand)
A splash of vanilla
Coffee for one. 
BLEND (don't try to stir... I've heard you'll only be disappointed if you stir, so I went straight to the blender)
