Saturday morning vibe: Latte ☕️ love
I’ve been sneaking in a latte in between the days I don’t have my caramel macchiato. So this morning I’m going to sip slow and enjoy!
I am just getting into bed since I was up all night working. I did manage to pray + meditate this morning, along with listening to a profound sermon on my way home. I’m trying to still keep up my routine even though it a little thrown off
This Philly girl loves a good winter snow for the holidays and we certainly got that over the last week. So, the cup o’ joe is a cheers to all my Philly friends shoveling this morning!
☕️ How do you like your coffee? Tell me below! I love hearing what other people are have their Java! 👇🏼👇🏼#coffeeconnoisseur
Heading out into the snowy night to hold down trauma radiology in NJ! **please everyone be safe! You don’t want to see me tonight**
I consider myself a pretty open book, but there are still some things you may not know about me yet!
1️⃣ I watch Christmas movies year round. Yeah there’s no stopping this. I can’t help it. I’m in the spirit all year long and I am unapologetic about it!
2️⃣ I almost did not create the Life With Parisha BLOG. I was very close to quitting before I got started. I had a ton of fear and was afraid of being too vulnerable and susceptible to others options.
3️⃣ @thepositivitycharge was created over a cup of coffee at Starbucks with @dr_rubina. We had no idea our passion to marry mental + physical health would spread as far as it did.//
What’s one thing about you most people don’t know? Tell me below!
This past August, we took a trip to D.C. for my birthday and we ended up stopping in Baltimore on the way home.
Impromptu stops are so much fun!
This trip we rented an @airbnb in D.C and planned a food tour with @carpedecfood. We toured Georgetown with our nerdy hats on as we learned all about the history of Georgetown, while indulging in delicious eats, like yummy falafel on pita 🥙 at @falafeldc
After being tourist in D.C. we headed to Baltimore and just hung out by the harbor with Smoothies and seafood! It was such a good mini-getaway from the daily grind and I highly recommend it to anyone looking to relax and learn a little history!
These are the best kind of friends! But if I’m really honest with you, it’s extremely rare to come by
I am extremely lucky to have a great female support system who roots me when I’m winning and challenges me when I’m in a slump. It’s so important to value those people and show them your gratitude every chance you get
Aggressively support them and you won’t believe how much your belief in them will allow them to do even more powerful + courageous things. So if no one has said it to you today, I believe in your fiercely and I am rooting for you to win!
#TAG A FRIEND + tell them you you support them! #womensupportingwomen

T H I S is Philadelphia 😍
Although, I’ve been consistently living here for about 12 years, I only recently fell in love with the city.
Through networking and trying new activities in the city, I started to truly see the beauty in the city. Honestly, it really took some open mindedness to fall in love. I had to be open to meeting new people to find out how supportive Philadelphians can be! Entrepreneurs collaborating, women supporting other women, and the small business community is booming!
I live here because the city is, simply put, WOKE! lol but seriously though! The city is woke and will stand against injustice and support the disadvantaged.
So, hey Philly hey 👋🏽 If you’re a Philadelphian like me, please share why you love Philly with me! #phillylove#cityofbrotherlylove .
What’s that look? Oh that’s just confidence!
Once upon a time I didn’t know how to wear my confidence proudly, but today, I rock it without shame.
I have lots of titles and sometimes I get lost in the grind that I forget that sharing my life could make a difference for someone else who’s taking the time to follow me.
We all have times when we feel self-doubt, insecure, and sometimes crazy overwhelmed, but what we often forget to do is applaud ourselves for showing up! Showing up to LIVE everyday, inspite of fear or past pain.
Today I showed up and wrote three new blogs, began a new marketing strategy, and did some industry research.
I am truly blessed to live this life and more grateful to you for supporting me!
Today’s Vibe: Office Space Planning!
I am picking out some new items for my work space today that will inspire for the new year ahead.//
What’s necessary? Well I have to have a space that is clean and junk-free! This can be difficult sometimes when I’m working on @thepositivitycharge or creating new content for the Life With Parisha BLOG
So, generally I pick a day that I simply de-clutter my space for a better outflow of ideas and creativity.
What inspires me most? Having pictures of my family around my desk and walls really help me stay focused and keep my heart soft even while dealing with tense situations//
⌨️ Double tap if you think I should get the fancy white chair above! What items in your workspace are a must-have?

This is my deepest and most vulnerable blog yet and I am looking for that “one” who has ever felt abandoned. This blog post is for YOU! In this blog I share an intimate story of a time where I felt the most alone, in hopes that I can connect with you and give you the courage to say.....”you know what?! 🙋🏽♀️I’ve been there” and it’s time to break down the issue to build up in Christ.
——>Please connect with me privately, if you’d like to share your story with me!
I USE TO HATE READING! Sad, but honest truth! My love for books only started a few years ago and I’ve had a book (or a few) in my hands ever since!
Reading has really opened my eyes to new ideas and expanded my view of the world. I was just recently talking to my daughter about this since she is a new book nerd as well. She reads a lot of YA books, so I said “your imagination and how you see each scene is unique to only you. A 1000 people could read this book, but none of them will see what you see.” #fascinating
Lately I’ve been into a ton of non-fiction, historical, and self-help. So a lot of the books I read are true historical in nature or teaching me a skill. I’ve been feeling like picking up a fiction novel and tapping into my imagination along with my daughter, so that will be a new venture for me!
What books are you currently reading? Or maybe share a book you’ve written? Tell me below. I’d love to hear about what you’re reading and writing! #tagabook#taganauthur 👇🏼📖🖊
DOUBLE TAP if you believe you really can 🙌//
Self-doubt is a threat to your overall growth. Whatever you’ve been putting off....Do it! STOP PLAYING SMALL! The world needs and is waiting for what you have to offer. Why deprive the world of your gifts? YOU can totally do this! #letsgo
