Celebrating a great friend's birthday with traditional Greek food 🇬🇷 We had souvlaki which consisted of flat bread, filled with roasted vegetables, tomatoes and cucumber marinated in an olive oil mix, olives and baked potato slices 😍 All made from scratch, this tasted heavenly. Especially the olives and olive oil, imported all the way from Greece itself. Can it be summer holidays already? 💃
Dinner last night was rather improvised but turned out great 😁 Made a spicy noodle broth with rice noodles and veg. Kind of a take on ramen you could say, but of course very different from the original 😇
These babies are finally coming back into season 🙌 Oliebollen are traditionally eaten during new years, however you can already find them in many stalls on a cold day already 👌 I can't wait be home with the family again soon, cook up our own vegan batch of these babies and have a big feast 💃
Burrito night 😍 My friends very kindly made me a separate portion of beans, so that I could assemble my own burritos 😁 It was absolutely delicious, especially combining the beans with the guacamole, salsa, rice and jalapenos 👌 I managed to eat 2 of them but I was very much stuffed at the end!
Tried this new place for breakfast this morning. As they didn't have many vegan options, I opted for the smashed avocado on toast with roasted cherry tomatoes 😍 Hopefully in the future they'll have more options for me, but until then I'll gladly come back for the avocado toast 😊
Such a tasty lunch today 🙌 Still had some sourdough bread lying around and an avocado, so I decided to take advantage of this and make something I haven't had in a very long time: avo on toast 😍 With cherry tomatoes and chili flakes on top, this was an absolute treat for me today
Went to an annual market in town where they sold handcrafts and had foodtrucks 😍 Me and my friend decided to go for this Asian steamed buns. Mine was filled with marinated tofu, mushroom and spring onions 🙌 I could've eaten 2 more of these if I had all the money to spend in the world 😉
