So excited about these @pulsinandbeond raw bars that came in the mail today! 😍🙌🏻 I already tried the maple & peanut one and it was really good! I love having a couple of these in my bag so that I have something healthy to snack on whenever I need it! 🌿👌🏻
I was so hungry and tired after my bike ride this evening so I made this super quick lentil thing 😅 I just threw a bunch of veggies and spices in a pot and let it simmer! And it actually turned out suprisingly well! I used some chopped tomatoes, carrot, red lentils and an indian spice mix! Super simple and delicious! 🌿🙌🏻
Today's lunch: baked potato and sweetpotato, bean chili, sweetcorn and guacamole! 🌿👌🏻 I had a short day at school today (only a chemistry test) so I got home quite early and had time to cook a big lunch! I actually had a meal quite similar to this a couple of days ago and I have been craving it ever since! So delicious and filling! 😍
Today for lunch I made some beetroot patties 🙌🏻 I served them with quinoa, broccoli and green peas🌱This is my favourite thing to have for lunch at the moment (could basically eat this every day hahah) They take a while to make but luckily I got some help from my sister and that saved a lot of time! 😅

Thought I would share my dinner from yesterday since I forgot to post it! Wholewheat pasta with tomato-zuccini sauce, my fave easy go to meal! 🙌🏻 I think I might have a slight obsession with this home made vegan parmesan.. 😶😅 It is so good!
Anyway I had a really busy, but productive day yesterday. 🙌🏻 Dance practise after school and then swimming straight after that. I was so tired when I got home and had lots of homework to do. This meal was so good and just what I needed after a long day! 👌🏻
I had a little more time this morning and decided to make some oat waffles for breakfast! I topped them with some peach, raspberries, maple syrup and alpro go passionfruit yoghurt 🙌🏻 It was my first time trying the yoghurt and it was so good! 😍Really recommend you try it if you can find it!
Green smoothie bowl for breakfast today 🌿👌🏻 I haven't had a smoothie bowl in ages and I almost forgot how much I enjoy them! 🙌🏻 recipe:
3 frozen bananas
1 cup spinach
2 medjool dates
2 tbs hempseeds
1 tsp spirulina
Late breakfast today: Baked mango-blueberry oatmeal with some more blueberries and maple syrup on top 😍🙌🏻 Found the recipe for this on @maddielymburner youtube channel and I think I will be having this like every day from now on 😅 soo delicious! 🌿👌🏻
