Incline fly - so hard! Meal prep can be so simple.....if you plan accordingly. It's a multiday planning thing for us.....Friday we make a calendar and grocery list, Saturday we get the food, Sunday we cook and plate for about 2 hours. So worth it to have a clean kitchen, healthy food, and budget awesomeness all week. Pro tip: don't put the dressing on the salad until you eat it and the greens will stay fresh all week! #mealprep #healthyonabudget

We did a super quick headshot photo session a few weeks back, and I still can't decide which one is my fav....but I do know  this much for certain....I am constantly thankful for this man! I made the choice to only think about THAT mile, focusing on the exact task at hand. You know what happened? Goals were crushed (check out my story for the proof)!
