Another dish I forgot to post. I asked for a salmon poke bowl as a salad and with no sauce. Didn't realize it had edamame in it but the rest was pretty low carb with a lot of greens below.
When you want to get Thai food and still remain keto, Tom Kha soup is a good option.

I spent the last 3 days at my new job (just stared working in another hospital q couple of weeks ago) so food was mostly bacon and eggs from the cafeteria for breakfast and salads for lunch and dinner.

Lunch: roasted turkey, butternut squash and spinach topped with avocado, EVOO and balsamic vinegar.
