Made myself a bulletproof mushroom coffee mocha this morning (is that a thing? It's so good it should be). It's basically @foursigmatic mushroom coffee with chaga and cordyceps, @wildfoodsco cacao powder, collagen peptides, MCT oil, water and a splash of French vanilla @nutpods. Mixed it all with a milk frother and sprinkled some more cacao powder on top. I've been feeling sick since we got back home, probably all the flights and being sleep deprived. Hopefully all the good stuff in this will help (and the fact that I slept a lot yesterday afternoon and last night).

Israeli style frozen yogurt. It's yogurt mixed with frozen banana, dates, pecans, white chocolate and halva (tahini based treat). We really missed this kind of personalized frozen yogurt so I let myself eat all those carbs. #notketo#sorrynotsorry#vacationmode
Israeli breakfast 😍 (we're so jet lagged it feels like dinner but who cares?!) An omelette with mozzarella and herbs, a salad, many delicious dips, gluten free bread and 2 cups of coffee (one of them was supposed to be juice). Let the Israeli food adventures begin! 😁😁
Huge salad for lunch from @gardenmonsters. I built my own; spinach, cucumber, red bell pepper, blue cheese, bacon and avocado and asked for olive oil and balsamic vinegar on the side. The weather is perfect for eating outside today 😎🌞
