Wealthy food :)
This is an example of one of my favourite meals. 'Chocolate' protein oats.. Containing all my macros and micros and an abundance of health properties to keep me fuelled. Swipe to see all ingredients used and I'll give you a low down of the benefits of each and hence why I include them daily :) Oats - contain loads of antioxidants (polyphenols), high in soluble fibre -beta glucan- which may help lower cholesterol and thus reduce blood sugar response as well as bloads of vitamins and minerals including; manganese, phosphorus, magnesium, zinc and B Vitamins etc
Almond butter - good fat packed with polyohenols from vitamin E which helps lower cholesterol, magnesium to keep the heart healthy and potassium to aid blood pressure.
Cacoa nibs - packed with fibre and antioxidants + Mg, K, Fe and are mood enhancers :) Cacoa powder - 40x more antioxidants than blueberries! Mode Calcium than in cows milk! Highest plant based source of iron.
Cinnamon - anti inflammatory properties and Greta for fighting off infections as well as helping in repair of tissue damage.
Courgette - High in vitamins K + C Plus loads of dietary fiber

Note: If you're looking for additional green tea supplements you want to look at the EGCG content which should be 45%+ to be effective (highly concentrated catechin)
