Huge card whiting marathon happening today, trying to get ready for my shows on Saturday! My studio has never been such a mess, I feel like I'm running at full speed right into December! #holdontoyourbutts#seriouslythough ✨✨✨
Always a good day when your @frenchpaperco package is delivered! 1,250 sheets to turn into cards and prints, go big or go home! I've sold so many bumblebee cards to you lovely people I had to order extra "banana split" pop-tone cardstock this time! 🐝🐝🐝
Hey guys! I'm still recovering from the fantastic day I had at Maker's Mart this past weekend, but I'm starting to plan for my Black Friday/ Small Business Saturday Sale, which is next weekend!! Look out for more tiny originals that will be listed this week, and remember that shipping is free in my Etsy store the rest of November!!
I spent a day pulling etching prints this week, mostly mermaids! Definitely my most popular etching, you can snatch one up this Saturday @handmadetoledo Maker's Mart or on Etsy, free shipping throughout the month of November! ✨✨✨
My new condensed display now has a shelf wall, perfect for my smaller illustration prints! I'll be at @handmadetoledo for the holiday Maker's Mart this coming Saturday! It's my first time, I'm so excited!
In light of my two year anniversary of being self-employed, I am again offering FREE SHIPPING on #Etsy for the entire month of November! Get your holiday shopping done early this year, and don't forget to #shopsmall when you can! ✨✨✨
Here's a sneak peek at my new condensed display! My wonderful father @jfergy55 had always been good at helping me make my ideas a reality, so when I said "tiny original ladder" here's what he made! Old barn wood from Leelanau county is a perfect match for my tiny ink drawings 😍
14 years ago, I was selling painted boxes in Suttons Bay, and 2 years ago today I officially started Printer & Press. Being self-employed is a wonderful thing, as it has allowed me to create my own work, and set my own path. It has also been made possible by my huge support system and by my ridiculous work ethic. You have to truly want it, and be willing to sacrifice some things to insure your business succeeds. Looking back, I am sure I didn't know the enormity of what I was taking on, but I do know I wouldn't be happy spending my life on anything else! I'm looking forward to many years of creativity I have in front of me, and as you can tell, my path was pretty much set anyway back in 2003 at the good old kids tent. ✨✨✨✨✨
