“I always did something I was a little not ready to do. I think that’s how you grow. When there’s that moment of ‘Wow, I’m not really sure I can do this,’ and you push through those moments, that’s when you have a breakthrough.” -- Marissa Mayer

“Looking back, I feel my strength as a young entrepreneur was the very fact that I was young and inexperienced. I just dove in headfirst.” --Tina Wells

Did you know Eva Longoria worked at Wendy's flipping burgers for 6 years? She originally got the job to pay for her quinceañara since her family could not afford it. By the time she turned 18, she was the manager. She credits her impeccable work ethic to this experience.

I think it's so important to respect where everyone is in their own journey. Don't judge anyone for where they're at in their current stage of life. And never judge anyone by their occupation. It's a shallow indication of their worth. You never know where that person's ambition may take them!

"We have to nurture our young women and understand the beauty and the strength of being a woman. It's kind of a catch-22: Strength in women isn't appreciated, and vulnerability in women isn't appreciated. It's like, 'What the hell do you do?' What you do is you don't allow anyone to dictate who you are." ~ Jada Pinkett Smith 🔮

Success is subjective. It comes in many forms and it doesn't have to be materialistic or monetary. Don't be intimidated or discouraged by society's portrayal of what success looks like. Doing what makes you happy and reaching the goals you've set is success in itself.

I had this vision years ago and I’m finally pursuing it. As an entrepreneur, I am constantly inspired and motivated by other women who are also following their dreams. I know how tough it is. Before starting my business, I had a slew of unfinished projects and short-lived ideas all because I was simply afraid of failure. I’ve struggled with self-doubt, limited resources, and worrying too much about the opinions of others. Pursuing your passions can be lonely if you aren’t connected with like-minded individuals. While family and friends may support you and offer encouragement, their understanding of your stressful workload is often a bit limited. With that in mind, I wanted to create a community where women who are entrepreneurs, creatives, business owners, and freelancers can feel supported and celebrated. Any women who chooses to step out on faith and pursue her passions is highly valuable and important. You, my dear, are SACRED.
