I've always tried to accommodate myself with my plant based diet. I do my best to work around or plan ahead. But on one of the first tv shows I worked on in Atlanta, our caterer was kind enough to put together a quick meal for me occasionally. This part of today's lunch is inspired by him. A grilled romaine Caesar salad with quick toasted croutons. What are you having for lunch today?
