🌿1/2 lemon juiced
🌿salt and pepper
🌿shred veggies with a grater and add to a big bowl. Top with dressing and serve as a side dish, on a salad or on a macro bowl. Simple yet delicious!
Smoothie bowl for breakfast on this hot day 🤤
🌿blend 1 cup frozen banana, 1 cup frozen strawberries, 1/4 cup almond milk and 1 scoop of @drinkorgain organic superfoods. Add in any extra toppings, we did banana, peanut butter, mixed nuts, shredded coconut and chia seeds.

🌮seared some @aldiusa salmon and ahi tuna in my @lodgecastiron with some @fourthandheart ghee, salt pepper and paprika. Heated up some @traderjoes corn tortillas and topped with red pepper, onion, salsa, lactose free sour cream, lettuce and cilantro. Also added a side of rice and beans with more peppers and lettuce because well, why not 😋

☕️1/2 cup brewed organic coffee
☕️1/2 cup water
☕️1/4 cup almond milk (optional)
☕️1 tbs. cacao powder
☕️1 tbs. vanilla ghee
☕️This is the best bulletproof I've made so far! The vanilla ghee from @fourthandheart is a life changer! I know quite a few people who have had great results with intermittent fasting, especially while training for a race 🏁 or upping their workout routine.

🌿1 tsp. Maple syrup (Aldi organic)
🌿2 ice cubes
🌿 Blend together until smooth and top with some shredded coconut 🌴. This is so refreshing on this hot day.
Sunday is empty out the fridge day, no better way than a frittata:
🍳1/2 cup almond milk
🍳sauté up the veggies and add in egg mixture, spices and distribute evenly. Bake in a 350 degree oven for 12 minutes.
Swapped up the ingredients a little bit and created these incredible protein balls:
🌿1/3 cup almonds
🌿2 tbs. coconut oil
🌿2 scoops Orgain Vanilla protein powder
🌿1/4 cup water
🌿1/4 cup shredded coconut
🌿2 tbs. peanut butter
🌿Blend all ingredients in a food processor until dough forms together. Break off small pieces and shape into balls, roll in more shredded coconut and chia seeds.
🌿These are perfect to pop before a workout or to take with you in the car as a snack. They are so soft and taste like a sugar cookie 😍
What day 5 of the detox looks like! This black bean burger was sooo good, but what made it incredible was the roll 😍I cannot rave enough about @barelybread . Their products are non gmo, paleo, low glycemic and gluten free! Served this baby up with a side of @alexiafoods sweet potato fries 🤤

🌿 I bought these beauties at the farmers market yesterday and roasted them for 30 minutes at 425. Drizzled with olive oil, salt, pepper, honey and balsamic.

Pesto Pasta salad I made for hospitality on Sunday. This is vegan, nut free and you can use gluten free pasta.
* 3 cups of basil
* 1 cup spinach
* 3 garlic cloves
* 1/2 cup olive oil
* salt and pepper
* 2 tbs. sunflower seeds
🌿I roasted summer squash and tomatoes for 20 minutes at 375 and combined with 2 boxes of pasta and the pesto. Chill in the fridge overnight and drizzle with more olive oil the next day.
🌿This makes a lot!!! Enough to serve about 20 people. You can cut the recipe in half and use this as a meal prep for the week.
