Really loving this @fishersgin right now. Superb craft spirit where sustainably foraged botanicals are sourced from the Suffolk coastline. These include rock samphire, spignel and wood aven.

Amazing product training session hosted by Sam from William Grant and Sons the other week. Always nice to hear about the production of some of these great distilleries. Tasting them always helps too 😋 🍷

After a long old search I think I chose wisely for my next addition to the bar list.... The Bunnahabhain 34 year. Not only does this come from a legendary distillery but it blew me away on taste! Not your classic Islay with the peat, instead I had a rich and complex mouthful of dried fruit and classic ex sherry fill flavours.. Delicious! 😅
After a long old search I think I chose wisely for my next addition to the bar list.... The Bunnahabhain 34 year. Not only does this come from a legendary distillery but it blew me away on taste!
