Do you guys know that funny feeling when you meet someone and you absolutely know that they're capable of so much more than they themselves think they're capable of? I strongly believe each and every one of us possesses that "something" and the real obstacle is finding a way to unlock it 🗝
Through fitness, the actions we take and the decisions we make shape who we are physically and mentally. We all have the capacity and the capability to change our lives but unfortunately, many of us forget a crucial step. Starting.
You can't accomplish what you don't start.

I completely understand that I'm breaking a cardinal rule by not being in La Union, Palawan or Bora to take this kind of picture with the caption on the sign. I'm daring like that. forgive me 🙏🏼 #humpday 🍑
IIFYM / flexible dieting isn't just a fat loss protocol. It can be used to build muscle too fam 💪🏼
All diets, and I mean every single one of them, yes Keto is included, is created based on calorie counting. Even "clean food" have macros. You've been doing "macros" ever since you've been putting food in your mouth. But now, it's time for y'all to start counting if you want to see progress continue 👍🏼👌🏼

What happens when you stop eating to work towards your goals and you put less effort into your training? You may lose strength, lose muscle, or gain fat. It happens. It happens to everyone. Even to the most dedicated, disciplined and hardworking individuals.
So how do you get back on track? Ease back into your program. Don't try and hit numbers you previously could lift. This will do more harm than good and is a one way ticket to getting burned out fast. Eat food you enjoy along with food that will help you reach your goals. And last but not least, enjoy the journey and learn to love the process 👍🏼👌🏼💪🏼 #fitmeph

Progress is never seen in a day, rarely seen in a week, maybe seen in a month, but definitely seen in years. In a decade, you'll be surprised how far you've come. #naturalbodybuilding Progress is progress 👍🏼👌🏼💪🏼
