I was never the biggest guy or even the most shredded. I have never gotten 1st place in any bodybuilding or powerlifting competition. Hell, I haven't even made first callouts yet. Does this discourage me? Of course it does. But what can I say, I'm only human. A competitive one at that.
So what keeps me going? Is it the chase to finally get 1st place? No. Is it becoming the most massive guy at the gym with the lowest body fat? No. Is it to be the strongest? No.
What keeps me going is the desire to improve every week, every month, and every year. Pushing myself to be better than who I was yesterday has kept my journey sustainable and something I look forward to doing for the rest of my life.
It can be really difficult to find the motivation to train when there's a B.B.C at the gym...big black couch 😜😴 But it's nothing 1.5 caffeine pills (300 mg caffeine), a liter of water, and a good playlist can't fix 👌🏼💪🏼 #AFUPTCknows
Stoked knowing that I can look back at 25 and say, that was pretty fucking incredible 🔥Extremely thankful to have lived another year and thank you to everyone who was a part of it 🙏🏼 26, come at me bruh 😎👌🏼
Two ways you'll know I like something:
1) I story and post about it.
2) I wear it often.
These new #JFit shorts are beyond comfy like no joke. Gonna be using em at the gym, at home, when going out, pretty much all the time 😜 Just try it and see for yourself 👌🏼
The only thing #transformationtuesday worthy is my physical appearance 🤣 (me at 14 years old) Mentally, everything is still pretty much exactly the same.
Always be true to yourself and never be ashamed of who you are, where you came from, or what you have become. People will always have their opinions of you, don't let it shape who you are...unless they tell you to stop wearing your brief so high, I highly suggest you take their advice 😅

Honestly, it would be great to maintain this physique as my dad bod #motivationmonday 👨🏻but while I'm still competing, I still need more size 👍🏼👌🏼💪🏼
