After a โ˜ƒ winter- my beautiful plum tree is bursting with blossoms ๐ŸŒธ๐ŸŒธ๐ŸŒธ Plums are high in FODMAPS (sorbitol and oligo) ๐Ÿ˜• but maybe you might be able to eat a little bit without symptoms ๐Ÿค” and definitely enjoy the blossoms ๐Ÿ˜Š not to mention the spring sunshine! โ˜€๏ธ

Berry nice- love it when my fave low FODMAP fruits are  on special! ๐Ÿ“๐ŸŠ๐ŸŒ๐Ÿ‹๐Ÿˆ In keeping with low FODMAP fruit serves and having max of one fruit serve at a time- have no more than 1/8 of this bowl (contains 2 regular punnets of ๐Ÿ“ & 1 punnet of blue berries). โ—๏ธdon't overdo it with the blueberries as 40 are high in FODs! Nature at its best ๐Ÿ’š
