Here Is a pizza that I made in Sweden. The crust is flavored with beetroot and is gluten-free. I topped my pizza with some yummy veggies. Fresh, healthy and tasty 🌱

☘Ingredients for 5 Surprise boxes☘
.
60g Vegan Chocolate
30 g Walnuts
70 g dried figs
30 g Gluten-free oats
10 g of coconut oil
5 teaspoon Pitaya pink powder
30 g Coconut flakes
1 Kiwi
.
🥝Method🥝
.
1.	Start by melting the chocolate.
2.	1. In the next step you need silicone molds. I use small cubes (40 ml).
3.	Use a spoon or a small stick to place some of the chocolate in the corners and edges, also make some patterns between the "windows". Put the molds in the freezer.
4.	Mix walnuts, figs, oats, coconut oil, pitaya powder and coconut flakes until a dough has been formed.
5.	Cut the kiwi into small pieces.
6.	Remove the molds from the freezer and put a layer with the dough up to half of the cubes.
7.	Then add kiwi to the top of the dough. Then you take the rest of the dough on top of the kiwi so the kiwi gets hidden in the middle.
8.	Take rest of the chocolate and pour it on top. 
9.	Put the freezer for 1-2 hours.
10.	Remove the cakes from the molds while it’s frozen. But do it carefully, you don’t want the chocolate to break.
11.	defrost them in room temperature (about one hour).
12.	Enjoy!

Health on a stick. Last weekend I made these sticks, and it's hard to just eat one😅 at least they are healthy and it's just good for me to eat like 10 sticks a day, right 😉?

Its Friday and I want to share a recipe with you. This is a lovely Appel cinnamon cake, that you can enjoy without feeling guilty. .
Ingredients for 5 cakes
.
🌰Crust🌰
.
80 g Fresh apples
.
60 g Hazelnuts
.
10 g Chia seeds
.
2 tsp Cinnamon powder
.
30 g Gluten free oats
.
1 tbsp Maple syrup
.
🍎Apple-rose layer🍎
.
50 g apples
.
½ tsp rose powder
.
🌰Hazelnut cream🌰
.
50 g hazelnuts
.
1 tbsp maple syrup
.
1 tbsp of cinnamon
.
160 g coconut cream
.
🌹Decoration🌹
.
100 g of vegan sugar free chocolate
.
Rose powder
.
Cinnamon powder
.
5 apple slices
.
Acorn “hats”
.
Dried rose leaves and buds
.
👇Method👇
.
1.	Start by mixing all ingredients to the bottom layer until a cohesive dough has formed.
.
2.	Roll some small balls of the dough, these will later be used as decoration.
.
3.	Divide rest of the dough into five pieces and press it into molds.
.
4.	Chop the apples into small pieces for the apple-rose layer and add the rose powder and stir it with a spoon.
.
5.	Divide the “apple-rose” and place it on top of the bottom layer in the silicone molds.
.
6.	Put the molds in the freezer.
.
7.	Mix the ingredients to the hazelnut cream except the coconut cream mix it until a sticky chocolate cream has formed.
.
8.	Put the coconut cream in a bowl and add the hazelnut cream and stir gently!
.
9.	Remove the molds from the freezer and pour the hazelnut cream over the apple-rose layer.
.
10.	Put in the freezer for a couple of hours
.
11.	Roll the balls in rose powder and cinnamon powder.
.
12.	 Melt chocolate.
.
13.	Dip half the apple slices in the chocolate put them in the fridge.
.
14.	Chocolate around the cake.
.
15.	Decorate the cakes with the balls, dried rose petals, buds. For more exclusive look put acorn hats on top of the balls.

16.	Put the cake on the apple slices.
.
17.	Enjoy!

Ingredients for 6 small tarts🍰

🌰Bottom layer🌰
• 20 g Gluten-free oats
• 10 g of hemp seeds
• 10 g Chia seeds
• 10 g of coconut flour
• 30 g Cashew nuts
• 25 g water
• ½ teaspoon vanilla powder
• Coconut oil for greasing the pan
.
🍓Filling🍓
• 60 g of raspberries
• 1 tsp of rose powder
• 15 g of Lime Juice
• 1 tbsp maple syrup
• ½ tsp coconut oil (melted)
• 80 g coconut cream
.
🌹Decoration🌹
• Roses
• Berries
• Hemp seeds
.
👇Method👇
.
1.	Preheat the oven to 200 ° C / 400 ° F.
.
2.	Start by mixing all ingredients to the bottom layer until a cohesive dough has formed.
.
3.	Grease the tart pan and press out the dough into them. The pan that I’m using are small, and the dough is enough for 6 small tarts.
.
4.	Bake for 10 to 12 minutes, until very lightly browned. Set aside to cool.
.
5.	Blend all ingredients for the filling, except the coconut cream.
.
6.	Put the coconut cream in a bowl and add the raspberry-rose sauce. Stir it gently!
.
7.	Divide the filling into the tart bottom. Put the tarts in the fridge for a few hours.
.
8.	Decorate the cake with roses, berries and hemp seeds. The white berries I’m using are called snowberries, and are only for decoration.

. 🌰Bottom layer🌰

• 30 g Gluten-free oatmeal

• 40 g Walnuts
.
• 10 g Chia seeds

• 60 g dried figs

🍫Chocolate mousse layer🍫

• 50 g hazelnuts
.
• 2 tbsp maple syrup
.
• 2 tbsp cocoa powder
.
• 150 g coconut cream
.
. 🌹Decoration🌹
.
• About 6 hazelnuts
.
• Rosen powder alternative cocoa powder
.
For exclusive decoration, use also: rose buds, dried rose petals and buds and musts from the fruit of the beech tree

5. Add the coconut cream and place it in a bowl. Be sure to just use the cream and not the water from the jar.

6. Add the chocolate cream to the bowl with the coconut cream and stir it gently until it has become smooth cream.

7. Pour the cream on the bottom layer into the silicone molds.

8. Put in the freezer for a few hours.

9. Roll the decoration balls in rose powder (alternative cocoa powder).
.
10. Chop some hazelnuts for decoration.
.
11. Take out the bars from the freezer about an hour before it's time for serving.

12. Decorate the cakes with chopped hazelnuts and rose balls.

If you want a more exclusive decoration, then use fresh rose buds, shell from the fruit of the beech tree, dried rose petals and buds (see picture).
