For years I have been one to fight the common cold with over the counter drugs and yet as I changed my health & lifestyle it wasn't till years later that I even considered changing this well habit.

Fall is officially settling in !! πŸ‚πŸ That means it is baking season! I grew up in UK and when summer was over the winter food came out in full force. Pies, soups, bakes, roast dinners..etc with all that in mind how do you stay on track?? Cook it yourself!
