An immediate connection. An immediate blessing. When I look at you, words become so poor, but senses becomes so strong. When I'm with you, the buzz of the world goes quiet. There is peace within. There is a fuzzy feeling radiating from my heart and into everything thing I do.
We've shared many valuable experiences and made many memories already, and I know there is so much more in store.
Happiness is best shared ♥
Infinite love my strong & beautiful @agnesbonnevie
The view at my new job is not too bad!
The Oslofjord is actually really beautiful and it's fun to go where so much happens all the time. After all, it's the capital city. Every day I enjoy street musicians when I'm heading to work. And at work I meet so many interesting people, and alot of tourists and travellers. It's always fun to talk with other travellers, as we have much in common. The journey never ends 😊 there's something so special and beautiful about being on the water, I really love it.
It's work, but I enjoy it. I don't wish away my days waiting for better ones to come, this is life. This is now. All there is and ever will be.
BUT, it's only 4 days left until I'm off for my 9 days off! Then my beautiful other whole will come straight to me and we'll go on a trip to Bergen together. I can't wait to see you again @agnesbonnevie ❤ Thinking of you fills my heart with love and touching you gives wings to my soul.
Have a beautiful day all 🌠
Fort Amber, in Jaipur, Northern India. It's amazing to see all the ancient architecture and structures. It was amazing to stroll around and see how much is left. I could really imagine how it was like to live here, as one clearly could see what things where for. So old, but so advanced. The fort in Agra even had a ventilation system and a fountain based on gravity!
Have a superb day 🌠

You have never been there before, you have no idea how it works. It's unknown, it's new. Should you do it?
Taking chances and saying yes without a doubt has brought many awesome experiences along my way. Here in a speedboat on the Mekong River through the dense jungles of Laos after crossing the border from Thailand. It was such a crazy ride! Such an amazing way to see the countryside..
And it brings a sense of adventure, to not know where you will end up, or how it will go. That's the thrill of life. We have to let go of the need to control life, because it can't be controlled. Yet so many of us are trying so hard to control things we can't do anything about. And sometimes we let external events we can't control govern our internal conditions. But we should govern our internal conditions ourselves, because that is something we actually can do something about. We need to take back our power, stop victimizing ourselves, stop being a witness to our own life and becoming the main character of our story again. Rewrite it however we want it to be. We have the power to change our reality. And it starts in the head as thoughts become words, words become action and action shapes reality. So watch your thoughts, without judging them, and you'll get far. Mind your words and you'll get further. Combine the two with action and mindfulness and you'll reach beyond imagination.
Have a beautiful day 🌠
- THOUGHTS -
As I gaze into the last light of the day I realize that someone has been following me on my whole journey, on every single step of it.
Wherever I have been, they have been to. In the deepest valleys, in the most dense jungles, the crispy mountain peaks, the deserts, the busy big cities, the calm lakes, the tropical islands, the quiet forests, the magnificent sea... There is someone who has been constant, while everything else has been changing and fading away completely. There's something we all have in common, wherever we are from and wherever we are going. We are all living under the same sun, the same moon and the same stars. Literally everything else is different, but these are the same. And it is magical, because it lightens up the surroundings wherever we are.
Yin...yang. Ida.. Pingala. Feminine.. Masculine.. Positive.. Negative.. You can give it many names but it is just the divine that connects us all and everything around us. And we can't really give it a name, can we? Better just enjoy it and trust it for all it's worth. Have faith, stay bright, it's just as it has to be.
Have a wonderful day 🌠
Nepal is one of the most magical and special places I've ever been. The people are known for their hospitality and the nature is just stunning. It makes you completely speechless, and even spoiled on beauty. I've been twice already but I'm definitely going back. Trekking around in the breathtaking landscapes is something I wish everyone could experience, standing in front of a mountain that's 7000 meters high just makes you realize how tiny you are, and how tiny our "problems" are. And most of all how much beauty there is around us! It's important to travel, because it widens our horizons and expands our minds. If we don't move we get stuck in our bubbles and its easy to think that this is all there is. But when you go out there, out of your comfort-zone to other cultures and different nature, that's when you learn. It's motivating, inspiring and cultivating.
Have a beautiful day!! 🌠🤗 #Nepal#Annapurna#Himalaya
- REALIZATION -
Suddenly I find myself here, in front of the Royal Norwegian Palace, in the capital of Norway, Oslo. I've been living on my savings and travelling the world for a year. I've taken a day for a day and lived completely in the now. If I didn't like a place, I left. If i wanted to do something, i did it. Whatever was on my mind. Being 100% free and able to exactly what you want for a period can lead to extreme results. Personally I've learned so much, it's almost unreal. When you are free and you follow your own intuition and guidance, you are open to receive the miracles of the universe. When you are on you path, and that is when you stand up for yourself, you say yes when you want to say yes and no when you want to say no. Leave if you want to leave, and if you want to do something, then do it. That's when you follow your purposes, and living YOUR life. Travelling solo really allows for this, because it's only up to you. I've met the right people, I've had the right experiences, I've inspired others and got tons of inspiration back. One thing leads to another in a very mystical way, I know for sure there is no coincidences. Right now the whole journey sort of feels like a blurred dream. But it's real.
I'm back home to work, been home for just couple weeks and I already got a job on a boat in Oslo.
The first day it was lonely and I felt lost, being in such a western place, I have no connection to Oslo.
After being in Asia for so long and lived such a simple life it was quite the culture-shock to get here - alone. Luckily I have great friends, family and world's best girlfriend to support me when I felt low. I had to realize and accept that the lifestyle I've had the last year is gone for a while, it's in the past. It's not coming back, but new adventures is. The journey really never ends. I realized that it doesn't matter what you do, it matters only how you do it. I intend to make the best of it, whatever it is! I'm not letting external events govern my internal condition, my inner peace and happiness.
So I look at this with eager and I'm grateful to get a job that quick. The job actually allows me to travel alot too!
Have a beautiful day 🌠
Trekking through the himalayas was challenging but most of all amazing. To share it all with my super-girl is a gift I am so grateful to get. We learned many things on our journey, to never give up is one of them. I'm so happy we've sticked together through 6 countries and still counting! Happiness is best shared, so thanks for sharing it with me. Thanks for being yourself, never stop that.
Love you truly @agnesbonnevie ❤
It's funny to think about, that when I followed my dreams, heart and intuition - by perusing what I love, I met my dreamgirl. My other whole. My reflection.
We live in neighbouring countries, separated by only some hours on a train, yet we met under some palms on a sunny day in southern India - thousands of miles away from here.
Loving myself allow me to love you unconditionally @agnesbonnevie ❤
When we are together it feels like being a child again, genuinely happy from the inside out, loving and laughing. Like a protective shield guards us from whatever comes our way. It seems that our happiness infects everyone around us too, because miracles happen during every hour we share. When I look into your eyes my pupils dilates, because your beauty makes me high. Your eyes looks like the ocean and the sky is coming together with only the sun separating them in a lush twirl of magic. I can see your soul, and it is beautiful.
My beautiful girl travels the world with me, makes rawcakes, avocado-sandwiches, acai-bowls, skates, does yoga and laughs with me. What more could I ever want?
I love you deeply.
Takk for fantastiske dager med deg ❤
Went for a little trek today. A 500 meters drop straight down to the ocean. It tickled in my belly when I dangled my feet over the edge. A spectacular way to spend the last day in the north of Norway for this time. I'm going down south today!
Northern-norway is in my heartspace forever, it's what my spirit calls home. I'll be back very soon!!
Have a beautiful day 🤗
Last night my awesome cousin @joergenhaa and his buddy Mathias who both grew up and still lives out on the beautiful Arctic island archipelago took me out for an incredible and nostalgic boatride. We went under the midnight sun from island to island, visiting many beautiful spots I haven't seen since I was a child.
We didn't meet or see a single soul the whole night.
Amongst others we went to my great grandfather's island Krøttøya, his fathers island Lyngøya (apparently they where rowing to school every morning in their woodboat back in the day), and an island where Jørgen lived earlier called Meløyvær to mention some. We also passed one of the Nordic's biggest birdmountains, housing thousands of seagulls.
It was an incredible "night". The midnightsun makes the night so beautiful, everyone is asleep and you have the world to yourself - with sunlight.
THANK YOU Jørgen & Mathias, for an amazing time!!!! #Norway#midnightsun#nature
My sister @elinebirgitte in her traditional Norwegian folks costume "Bunad" on our cousins ceremony day, on an island in northern Norway called Bjarkøy, not far from my own birthplace. This archipelago is where our ancestors came from, and traces back all the way to the 1600's. It's great to be here. It's amazing really. The mountains, the nature, the crystal clear water, the midnight sun and the wildlife..to mention something.
I've seen alot, but nothing is like the north of Norway. It's weird to think about the fact that I was below equator two weeks ago, but it's amazing to go straight back to this and see it with "traveling eyes".
Regarding the "Bunad";
It's different looks, colors and types depending on wich area in Norway you are from, this one is from the city Bergen on the west-coast of Norway.
I wish you all a great day🌠🇳🇴😃 #Norway#bunad#mountains
- INDIA -
India is so crazy, so vivid, so alive. Everything is different there, at first it's overwhelming and chaotic. After a while you get used to it and after that it's just amazing. Looking back I really miss it. It's like another planet, a little sub-continent for itself. Where the outside world has little to say. Where everything is possible and things are still done the old school way, the real way. Where most people are spiritual and despite the chaos - pretty peaceful. It's a place you go to learn, to see, experience and most of all - to grow. It's not exactly a good place to go on vacation, except a few places. It's a place to go for adventure and growth! And I highly recommend it.
I'll be back one day :-)
Have a beautiful day 🌠
It's cloudy, but it's past midnight and the sun is still up. That means I'm still up! My sleeping cycles are getting messed up by this constant sun, but it's really fun to break free and go for a hike in the middle of the night. It's the most beautiful time of the day anyway!
And this is Kaisa, my grandparents Norwegian Elkhound. They've had her since I was a child, and she's a part of the family. She's such a wise dog, definitely an old soul. Everyone loves Kaisa ❤

We are in Harstad! This is my birthplace and full of nostalgia. It's beautiful and stunning, and after arriving late in the night we got hungry. My dad is a chef (not vegan) but suggested to make a coconut curry with tofu and alot of veggies for all of us. Curry was amazing beyond all expectations. I'm so happy my dad is understanding and interested in veganism, even though not doing it or considering it myself. He is an awesome cook!
I'm the only one in my family who only eats plants, so I was expecting more trouble. But this is awesome.
After eating the delicious food we took the cars out and went to see the midnight sun with a clear view. If you've never seen it, can you even imagine it? A constant day for two months straight, the sun never drops below the horizon. It's just like a long sunset merging into a sunrise. It's beautiful! This picture is taken nearly at 2am in the night.
Now wish us all good luck with waking up in the morning 😅
Have a beautiful day friends! Much love
We are here! After a long but beautiful ride we finally arrived. We are at my grandparents place, on a beautiful island called Andøy (means Duck-island). They have live on a spacious property by the sea with this barn in the yard, the view is extraordinary. I don't get tired of it! All around us now is chains of mountains, islands and fjords.
The first thing I did when I arrived was to eat my grandma's excellent homemade bread (it's even vegan by chance 😎), a tradition I've loved since I was a small child. Then everybody went to sleep because of the lack of sleep in the night. I stayed up and talked to grandma.
My grandpa has got cancer and is in the hospital right now, and her sister died from us last year. It's really sad. And I could feel it hurt my heart when she spoke, but then a sudden feel of unconditional love and enormous gratitude and appreciation hit me. The most important things in life aren't things.
It's family, friends and loved ones. And to spend time with those is the greatest gift. We might not agree on everything or understand eachother perfectly but we are family, and we know eachother like no one else does. My grandma knows my whole story, from her perspective. It's a beautiful perspective. I'm so happy to spend time and enjoy it. I know nothing lasts forever and I will enjoy the company of those I love and not waste a minute of it. Today grandpa is supposed to get out of the hospital after an operation, cross fingers for us! We all look forward to see our dear grandpa again, he's awesome.
Have a beautiful day filled with love and miracles friends 🤗
