This is super quick, easy and a great healthy snack! 
Ingredients: - A bag of chopped chunky kale (remove stalks) - pinch of sea salt - pinch of pepper - pinch of paprika - Pinch of chilli flakes 
Method πŸ—’: βœ”οΈ Wash the kale and place in a baking try, sprinkle all of the spices and seasonings. βœ”οΈ Bake in the oven for 10-15 minutes on a 180 degrees! .

Whilst on my travels I was fortunate enough to visit a traditional Balinese home. The heart of every home is always the kitchen, whilst we forget the old kitchens people cooked from I was lucky enough to watch this lady cook Balinese chicken and papaya soup. Most houses in Bali cook their lunch and dinner in the mornings once the women of the house have been to the local morning market and picked up fresh meat,vegetables and their spices daily. Nothing is kept refrigerated or overnight, everything they eat daily is always fresh.

Another great dish I was privileged enough to try whilst on my travels. 
This is a traditional Balinese chicken dish served with Balinese local rice. We have a grilled chicken satay, with a shredded chicken stir fry, served with some greens, boiled egg and a spicy chicken soup .  I have really enjoyed learning about the various different dishes, flavours and spices in Bali. This was a cuisine I wasn't so familiar with so I can't wait to try out some Balinese dishes when I'm back home. .
