What would you do today if you knew it was the last day of your life.
This nugget stopped me in my tracks when I saw it. A rush of thoughts flooded my mind with people I'd like to see and places I've longed to visit. We take so much for granted don't we? But. What. If. This quote made me pause to reflect on the inconsequential, non-threatening things that I've recently let consume me instead of deepening the relationships with those I love.
It's getting so close to my big reveal. This is just a glimpse of my dream coming to fruition.
I love the infinite possibilities of the word empowered.
From bold to bad-ass, free to fierce there a movement underway and with it comes a shift. We are better together.

I had to rally and push myself to get to the gym tonight. I was feeling as beat up add my water bottle. I am so glad i went, I feel so energized after 25 minutes of cardio followed by 30 minutes on the reformer. I drank my Arbonne PhytoSport Prepare and Endure drink beforehand. I always notice a huge difference in my workouts when I do. i find my body can go longer without fatigue. I also don't feel sore the next day either.

There will always be someone who can't see your worth. Don't let it be you.
Feeling worthy of being successful and having our dreams come true is something many of struggle with. (Yours truly included.) Often times this broken belief comes from an event going all the way back to childhood. Someone shut us down at a moment we glimpsed our own greatness and it hurt. Two things probably happened, you vowed never to feel that pain again and then anytime your dream welled up you pushed it back down.
Stop it. That dream was placed in you for a reason, it's your path to your greatness. You not only deserve it for yourself but everyone around you benefits as well. You are worthy... you are great.
I now understand why meditation is referred to as a practice. I first started meditating when i was in high school. I can say I have been consistently inconsistent, in my practice. but never for long periods. Meditation is very much a part of my life. I feel so off balance when I let other things take precedence.
This message is spot on, "the goal of meditation isn't to control your thoughts, it's to stop letting them control you. "
And that's why it's a practice, every day brings new challenges and a new awareness that reminds me to let go of the control.
Self care is so vital to your wellness. There were so many times I felt guilty doing something for myself. ThenI realized that I couldn't pour into others if my own cup was empty.
I have become protective of my Sunday Pilates routine, those moments I need down time, and even having the courage to say "no". Indulge in something for you today and notice the shift that happens around you.
