I haven't been posting because all I've been eating these past few days have been salads and sipping broths. I have something called Candida and it's making it very dangerous to eat carbs. I'm annoyed but I want to get better. But here's a picture of the last nommy food I ate a few days ago. Fried potatoes, w/ parsely, Daiya, and veggie sausage. Can't wait to eat real food again, but I am really digging these salads. And sipping broth is my new favorite drink.
Shared this plant based portabllo mushroom wrap with my love yesterday at a local vegan market and restaurant. I've never had such good food in my life. It's owned by a Melanin couple from New York City who have traveled the world and now don't have to work but choose to give people plant based options, cooking classes, and yoga classes. How inspiring.
