Have you ever thought how important it is the way that we eat our food? I would say that it matters even more than what we eat. The other day I had one of the best green juices of my life, and it was mostly because I took the time for choosing the best produce, washing it carefully and preparing it with love and gratitude. When you put that kind of energy into your food you are nourishing yourself so deeply. Not only are you absorbing the nutrients of the food much better but also the good energy you put into it. The way your body will react to the foods you eat from a place of love is much different to if you eat them with anxiety or fear. Do you also feel your emotions affect how your body reacts to food? Did you know that the first time I saw this pic I actually hated it?
I thought my body looked fat and without no form. I said to myself that it was not good enough to post it. Now I realise how detrimental my negative sef talk was. And you know what? It's totally normal to have this feelings in the society we live in. Many of us have that not good enoughness feeling in our heart which keep us from following our true desires. We have been programmed to think we are faulted beings, that there is something wrong with us and that we can't be loved for who we are. The truth is that there is nothing wrong with you. It has never been. But it's OK to feel insecure about how you look on some days, and it's OK to have negative thoughts about yourself.
Still nowadays I have moments where I struggle with body image. And a part of me wants to hate myself for hating myself while being in a self love journey. The other one, though, still keeps comforting that one and preaching that my feelings are ok, that I am allowed to feel how I feel and to be who I am.
I believe we all have those two voices inside of us.
No matter how you look or who you are you always have two choices when you catch yourself in one of this situations. You can choose to love the one that's suffering inside of you or either continue with the negative self talk.
The part you focus on will grow and build itself stronger than the other one. Which one are you going to feed it's your decision.

DRAGONFRUIT ON MY PLATE🐉💗✨Do you already know all the types this fruit has?
💗The white one with pink skin it's the most watery one and with less flavour (very delicious to me though!)😋
💜The more dark one, with pink flesh is more sweet and creamy
💛And the yellow one it's definitely the sweetest and very watery too💦To me, they are all very similar to a kiwi but without the acid flavour🍋
