Yogurt with granola and strawberries has become my favorite new breakfast for sure.
A lot of my clients say they skip breakfast because they don’t have time to cook. Well here’s your solution! Open one yogurt, sprinkle granola, and and a little fruit. This took me like 3 minuets to make because I sliced the strawberries so small. When I just throw in blueberries it takes all of 30 seconds. No time for breakfast? Problem solved❤️❤️
The trick to finding a good dairy free yogurt is to try them all! There are some that I love and some that aren’t very good at all that me. I prefer plain, no sugar added yogurt, but with vegan yogurts I noticed that the ones without sugar are almost always bad tasting.  So I just started getting the flavored with sugar and skipping the sugar somewhere else throughout my day!

💖Elevated Sumo Squats💖
Let’s talk for a second about a little exercise called the Elevated Sumo Squat✨
When done correctly it can help increase range of motion and really activate the glutes.  Unfortunately, more often than not I see it done incorrectly which is not only pointless, but can also be dangerous. I frequently see people standing on two dumbbells as I am here, but they’ll be holding a weight in a goblet squat position.  This drives me crazy! Unless the weight is held with arms fully extended down, there is no reason to stand on weights. The whole point of the “elevated” part is to increase range of motion and get a deeper squat.  If you hold the weight down at the waist while standing on the floor it will hit the ground before your squat is at maximum depth. 
In order for this exercise to be effective and safe you must do the following-
-Stand on two things that are of equal hight, very stable, and can fit most or all of your foot. -Hold the weight down with arms relaxed and fully extended to the waist
-Squat below parallel
-Keep chest up and arms loose. Weight should go straight down, directly between your feet, do not bend forward.
-When coming up from the squat drive through the heels

I use the rope attachment for the straight arm pull downs because I feel like its more comfortable and gives me a better grip, and I hold it at the top because it gives me more range of motion. .

Leg day was interrupted by a muscle spasm in my left quad 😫😫😫
Every time I would contract my quad it would hurt like a super deep, burning, ache. This is the first time this happened today me and it’s super not cool😣
Stretching and foam rolling seems like the best answer, in addition to using heat and ice. Hopefully it’s better soon
