Lunch today at uni: leftover prawns & rice which Mum had cooked last night 🍤 so good! Last night I had leftover chicken arrabbiata after body pump and for breakfast today I had crunchy nut cornflakes - just rushing around too much to take pics 😂
Scrambled egg on a toasted bread bun kinda morning 😍 our new egg lady delivered for the first time yesterday and these are bloody gorgeous!
I’m off to work 8-11 and the snow is meant to hit about the time I’m leaving 😅 so this afternoon will hopefully consist of snuggling under a blanket with a hot chocolate (and not having to stay at work because others are snowed in) 🙃
So I’ve been so busy I’ve not been posting on here, I’ve just been wolfing my food down then carrying on. But I’ve managed to lose 2 lbs this week! 🙌🏻 going to play squash with my brother later this morning then work at 5 tonight ✨
Lunch at uni: Tesco’s sweet chilli chicken noodle salad 🌶🍗 it’s in the meal deal so I also have carrot sticks with red pepper houmous but I’m saving that for a snack later since I’ll be home late tonight 😩
